Kasteel Groeneveld & Staatsbosbeheer

Design and realization of a traveling exhibition with work that Siberian and Dutch painters made of four characteristic Dutch landscapes. If you ask the artists to paint a landscape, does their different cultural background affect the representation of the same landscape? Visitors can look for the answer in the exhibition themselves.

The four landscapes are presented on four free-standing, all-sided exhibition modules. The modules are grouped centrally in the space, connected by a green carpet. On the sides of the modules that are facing each other, the paintings of the Siberian and Dutch artists hang side by side. On the outside you will find exciting viewing slots with photo reports about life in Siberia and the Netherlands.
